Presentation Mode
For many sales teams, presentation mode offers structured approach that ensures the message is delivered clearly and effectively, leaving a stronger impression on potential clients. Many users believe their clients are focused to review proposal content slide by slide, they tend to engage more using presentation mode.
With this update Fresh Proposals has introduced Presentation Mode for proposals.
Let’s see how it appears for clients when they try to sign the document.
View Proposals in Presentation Mode
Following video shows how clients will be able to save multiple initials on different pages click by click.
What are the advantages of this mode?
- Particularly very effective for proposals with landscape orientation
- Client can view page content completely focusing on what is available on proposal pages without distraction
- Simpler navigation using click left/ right or hitting keyboard keys left/right
How to Set Proposal for Presentation Mode
You can enable the option available in proposal editor as shown below
Proposal Editor > Properties panel > Client View Options
You can also enable the option available in Proposal Summary page > More Option or
Proposal Summary > More Options
Presentation Mode at Template Level
If you prefer to set every new proposal generated to be viewed in the presentation mode, you can enable this option at a template level.
To set this option at template level, open the template in editor mode > Client View Options > Enable Presentation mode
Manage Proposals in HubSpot
One of the important enhancement we have made to HubSpot integration is the ability to add multiple proposals to a given deal. When a deal page is opened in the HubSpot CRM, you will see, Fresh Proposals card on the right side panel. You will see list of existing proposals related to this deal and options to create/ track proposals related to this deal.
We will continue to enhance this integration in terms of triggering proposals right through your CRM deals pages. Kindly contact us if you need more information about this.
Discard Proposals with a New Proposal Status: Cancelled
If you would like to withdraw a proposal sent to client, you can cancel it. This will be removed from active proposals list and client will not be able to access it.
Remember, you can not cancel a proposal if it is already signed by all signees.
Conditional Review, Approval Flow
You can make the proposal review process conditional meaning, reviewer will asked to review proposal only if the condition is met. Currently the conditional approval based on proposal value.

Create Single Tier Pricing Package
Few users wanted to present single tier pricing package as they want to present only one option for clients. Now you can create such single tier pricing package.
To display just one tier in your package, you can just create one tier and use the same; alternatively you can create multiple tiers in your package but only select/ enable the one you would like to display to your clients.
Add tiered Pricing Package to Library
Now you will be able to save tiered pricing packages from your proposal or template editor to Packages Library.
Added new quotes templates, tiered pricing examples
We have introduced new examples of tiered pricing packages for digital marketing such as Linkedin marketing, Lead Generation, etc.
