Fresh Proposal Software Update – April 2025

Upload, Label Images in Image Library

Now you can label/name images uploaded to your image library. It takes the name of uploaded file as default. Later on you can also change it as you would like to..

 

Search in Library, Add Image in Proposal Editor

Now you can search image in image library while you are in the proposal/ template editor. You can image form the search result. This enhancement has just simplified adding specific/ and previously uploaded images in the image library .

Use Variables for Default Client Contact and Proposal Lead

To automate assignment of signature, input form fields to client contacts, proposal team members (especially if there are more than one contact involved), you can use roles such as Proposal Lead and Default Client Contact.

With this enhancement you will be able to use standard and custom fields applicable for client contact, proposal team members who are identified as Default Client Contact and Proposal Lead.

You can use these fields in the textbox within proposal editor

You can also use these fields in content table

You can use these fields in emailer too.

Add Inlined Image to Textbox

Want to add image just like Google Doc or word and wrap text around it? Now you can. We have made a special provision for you to add inlined image to textbox and set its alignment.
