Collect Deposit Fee

We already have multiple options for proposer to collect upfront proposal fees in three different ways.

 

introduced an additional type of billing option at a proposal level, labeled as Service-Specific Advances. It implies you can collect varying amount of deposits per service fee, at the time of signing document.

 

Service Fee with Billing Types

You can set service fees with billing type such as On Signing vs On Completion

Based on the type of billing is set, clients will be requested to make payment either at the time of signing document or later.

 

If you select billing type as ‘On Signing’, you will be requesting initial deposit 100% of the service price.

The billing type ‘On Signing’ is suitable for services wherein you wish to collect payment upfront before services are rendered.

If you select billing type as ‘On Completion’, you can request initial deposit ranging for 0-100%

The billing type ‘On Completion’ is suitable for services wherein you wish to collect payment as services are rendered.

 

 

Redesigned Service Fees Library

We have redesigned how you can add services to services library. Instead of calling it as a Fees Library, it will be termed as Service Library.

 

Adding Service Fees Item to Library

The way you could add fee item to library is now updated as adding Services Item to Services Library.

It is also applied to adding service fee to a fee table with your proposal or template

 

Easily Add Section, New Page

We have made it easier to add section, new pages right within the main pages layout. Simply clicking on the plus button below a page will allow you to add existing section from the library, new page, new section, textflow section, etc.

 

Set Account Level Tax Rates

While you could have configured tax rates at a proposal-fee table level, we have introduced a way to manage tax rates at account level.
