We’re excited to share a variety of new features, improvements, and bug fixes that we’ve rolled out for Fresh Proposals in June. Take a look at what’s new and how these updates can enhance your experience:
Fresh Proposal Software Update – June 2025
Request & Save Payment Details without Transaction
When clients sign proposals/ engagement letters, you can request them to provide payment details without charging them immediately. Payment details (Credit card or ACH) once saved can be used to charge client at a later date.
When this option is enabled, and as client proceeds to sign the document, he is shown the payment popup. Instead of showing him the payment amount in the button, client is shown an option to save/ authorize the proposer to initiate transactions at a laterdate.
Once payment details are saved, the proposer can view limited card/bank payment information in the proposal summary page and s/he can initiate proposal payment to charge the client as per fees included in the proposal.
Set Email Notification Preference
Admin can set email preferences for new users, using Settings page.
Existing users can set their own preferences of which emails they would like to receive and which they do not want to receive, using their profile page.
Group Multiple Content Blocks in Editor
Now you have the ability to group multiple content blocks within the editor and save such content-group to snippet library. You can move, reuse group of content blocks across pages or templates.
Quick Invoice Options + Updated Email Templates
We have updated Quick Invoice/Bill option; especially the emails sent to client as well as proposal lead are updated with customizable buttons.
