Visual Excellence: Transform Your Pricing Tables with Product Images

What Changed

Your interactive pricing tables now support product and service images, creating a visual story that complements your pricing strategy. You can now add images to each product or service line item in the interactive pricing table. Thumbnails appear right next to item names so clients can recognize what they’re buying at a glance.

Why This Matters

Pricing tables are where decisions happen. When clients see a familiar product shot or a simple icon for a service, they scan faster, understand context instantly, and spend less time clarifying. This cuts friction and helps prevent “What is this line?” emails—especially in larger proposals.

Research shows that visual information is processed 60,000 times faster than text. When clients review your proposals, images help them:

  • Instantly recognize products and services

How It Works

How to use it In the proposal editor, open your pricing table and select any line item. Click Add Image to attach a thumbnail. Choose an existing asset from your image library or upload a new one. If you need to swap or remove it later, hover over the thumbnail and select Replace or Delete. Use Preview to confirm layout; your clients will see the same visuals in their view.

Seamless Integration: Xero Connectivity Reaches New Heights

What Changed

Our Xero integration now imports both products/services AND tax rates, creating true system alignment.

Two improvements make it easier to keep Fresh Proposal in sync with your accounting data:

Our enhanced integration eliminates this friction entirely. Copying data between systems is slow and error‑prone. Bringing items and taxes directly from Xero reduces duplicate entry, keeps your catalog aligned, and ensures totals match the way finance expects them to.

How It Works

The result? Your proposals always reflect current pricing and tax structures, while you reclaim valuable time for business development activities. First, connect Xero under Integrations (if you haven’t already). To import items, head to your proposal editor or library and click Import from Xero. Select the items you want to bring in, and FPL will add or update them. To sync tax rates, go to Settings > Taxes > Import from Xero and choose the rates you need. Re‑run imports when Xero changes, and use match/update to prevent duplicates.

Sending a proposal shouldn’t take mental gymnastics. The updated layout streamlines template selection, clarifies recipients (To/CC/BCC), and gives you a reliable preview so formatting looks right the first time.

How It Works

Open a proposal and click Send. Pick a template, verify recipients, personalize the message, attach files if needed, and send. Variables are easier to insert from the sidebar, and you can see formatting before you commit.

The new emailer delivers:

Revolutionary Pricing: Hybrid 3-Tiered Packages (Beta)

What Changed

Hybrid tiered pricing lets each tier include multiple service groups, each with its own billing type—fixed, monthly, yearly, quarterly—and its own feature list. A single tier can mix multiple recurring and fixed fees to reflect how you actually sell. Introducing hybrid pricing tiers that combine multiple service groups with different billing structures within a single package.

Why This Matters

Real‑world packages often blend a one‑time setup, a monthly retainer, and an annual license. Traditional tiers force you into one cadence, which hides important cost structure or makes you bolt on items manually. Hybrid tiers keep everything transparent, structured, and easy for clients to understand. Real businesses rarely fit neat pricing categories. You might offer monthly software access, quarterly consulting sessions, and annual strategy reviews all within one service tier. Traditional pricing structures force artificial limitations.

How It Works

Add a 3‑tiered pricing block and choose Hybrid. Inside any tier, create service groups like Setup, Retainer, or Licenses. Assign a fee type and amount to each group, add features, and control visibility or quantities as needed. Consider showing group subtotals so clients can see how the tier price is built. Hybrid tiers let you combine:

  • Multiple service groups within one pricing tier
  • Different billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, yearly, one-time) in the same package
  • Varied fee structures that reflect actual service delivery

For example, your “Professional” tier might include monthly software access ($99/month), quarterly business reviews ($500/quarter), and annual strategic planning ($2,000/year). This flexibility mirrors how modern businesses actually package and deliver services.

What Changed

Generate an interactive 3‑tiered pricing package based on your service portfolio and the client’s industry. You get tier names, feature suggestions, and pricing starting points that you can refine. Our AI now analyzes your service portfolio and client industry to automatically generate complete, interactive 3-tiered pricing packages.

Why This Matters

It helps new team members get to a solid proposal faster, and it nudges consistent packaging across your org. Creating effective pricing tiers requires strategic thinking about value positioning, competitive differentiation, and client psychology. This process typically takes hours and significant expertise.

How It Works

use it In the pricing section, select Generate with AI. Provide your service categories, target industry, and goal (e.g., conversion‑friendly vs. margin‑optimized). Review the proposed Starter/Professional/Premium (or custom) tiers, edit features, adjust prices, and publish. Pair with Hybrid if your tiers need mixed billing types.
