How does the free trial work?
After you create a free account, you will get access to Fresh Proposals Starter plan features for fourteen days. When your trial expires, you can select appropriate plans and pay by credit card inside the application. Your trial account will be upgraded to a paid account and everything (your proposals, sections, data, clients, etc.) will remain intact.
If you decide Fresh Proposals isn’t for you, your account will automatically expire at the end of the fourteen days trial period.
What is an active proposal?
Any proposal in your account which is sent, draft or client-viewed status is counted as active proposal. All other proposals which are accepted, won or lost are not counted towards active proposals. System calculates the total number of active proposals in your account at any point in time and has maximum limit as per the subscription plan.
Do I need to download/install any software?
No. Fresh Proposals is 100% online software. You just need internet connectivity and a compatible browser. We recommend Google Chrome browser for best result.
Can I download proposal PDF
Yes, you can download proposal as PDF file once you upgrade your account. It looks exactly how you see on your browser.
How will you bill me?
We will bill you annually and you can pay by credit card. We use Paddle as our payment gateway and it accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
You don’t need to sign any contract beside our terms of service.
Can I cancel my account at any time
Yes. You can change your billing plan at any time if you decide to use Fresh Proposals no further. However remember, we do not offer refund.
What if I reach my proposal quota limit
During free trial, you can have maximum three (3) active proposals.
To increase proposal quota, you need to upgrade your account to next plan or increase number of users.
How does a client see our proposal?
Your clients will receive a link to proposal. They don’t need a login. They just need internet ready browser, be it on desktop/laptop, mobile or tablet. Proposals created using Fresh Proposals templates look great on mobile or desktop or when downloaded as PDF file..
