Even before releasing recent major update to Fresh Proposals software with Stripe integration, multiple-languages support for client view, we got quite a few enhancement requests from users and we have started prioritizing those. It is amazing to see that each feature enhancement and bug fixes mentioned here is a driven by users and customers.

Email Signature html code support

Team members can set their email signature in My Account > My Signature. Now you can add html code in the signature as well.

 

Fees Table – more space for title, reorgnized columns

We are redesigning Fees table. As a part of this process, we have enhanced the table layout such that fees title/description will get more space by reorganizing column/ information. For recurring fees are identified in Sub total column as hourly/ monthly/ yearly or quarterly.

 

 

Proposal Listing Filter – Unsigned

As proposals are sent for client review, if you would like to track those pending proposals, you can use new filter Unsigned. Selecting this filter will give you list of proposals that are not yet accepted or rejected by client. You may want to use this filter to re-approach clients or conclude proposals status.

 

 

Proposal Custom Fields grouped – separate tab

Proposal custom variables are now grouped as a separate tab, to organize the information and navigate better. You will notice a separate tab along with proposals details panel on right side in the proposal editor.

 

 

View/ Update Proposal Category –  in the editor

Proposal category is inherited from the template you have used to create it. You can view/ update proposal category in Proposal Details panel on the right side in the proposal editor. To add/manage proposal category, pls refer this guide.

 

Video Block – Shadow Effect

Video block was missing the shadow effect; until one of you wanted it. We have added shadow properties for video block too.

Issues

Invalid date for Eu zones – Fixed

Copy-paste from Google Doc, would add proprietary tag and it would ignore any of styling done in Fresh Proposals editor. Tag removed – Fixed.
